Easy Grilled Chicken

Sometimes you just want easy.  This is both healthy and easy to make!  All you need is a grill and two ingredients.  Picking the sides is the hard part.

Ingredients: Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Lawry's Seasoning Salt

Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
Flatten the chicken as much as you can.  This helps it cook more even on the grill.  Lightly sprinkle each side of the chicken breast with the Lawry's.  Set chicken into a casserole dish or bowl and cover with water.  Let sit (brine) for about 20 minutes.  Then grill.  The hubby does this part for me.  He usually does a couple minutes on each side, then a couple more.  Do not overcook! Over cooking makes the meat dry.
