Craft stores carry ribbon that is perfect to make baby headbands. I measured out a piece after researching the size I needed (14″ for a 3 month old), and hot glued it together. A piece of ribbon was then glued on top of that middle to keep it from irritating the baby’s head. The ribbon I used for the hair clip reminds me of lollipops.
