I made my buffalo cauliflower bite recipe, even easier! AND less calories!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Ingredients:
1 cup Cauliflower
3 tbs melted Butter
1 1/2 tbs Franks Wing Sauce
Mix ingredients together and place on a foil covered baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip the cauliflower and bake an additional 8-10 minutes.
These are a great side dish or snack! Around 100 calories a serving (1/3 cup)
