Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes

I love aromatherapy.  Some day, when time permits and I am ready to go back to “school,” I shall pursue my dream of being a certified aromatherapist.  Essential oils are amazing.  They have been around for hundreds of years and practiced before common medicine was invented.  I love my diffuser and will share recipes that I use or try out here.  Please remember that it may not work for you.  Some oils are not kid safe, animal safe or pregnant woman safe. This doesn’t mean they are dangerous, they are just very potent and should be avoided in some instances.  Be wary of finding all answers online.  Make sure it’s a reputable source. I use a lot of Plant Therapy oils, as they are my favorite for the price and quality.  If and when I have questions I ask their staff and I suggest you do too.  They have a few certified aromatherapists on staff that are really knowledgeable.  ps. I am not being compensated in any way by stating my opinion of Plant Therapy.  It’s a pure Ms Jme review 😉  (which is true in all cases! I can’t be bribed! Not even with chocolate…but you can try. ha! )

My diffuser is no longer available on Amazon, but there are thousands to choose from.  Read reviews first.  I prefer the Lagute brand, as they are cheaper and seem to be working well for me.
