Witch Hat Update

Customize your witch hat with a little bit of tulle and some feathers.  Use only a small dab of hot glue to hold the items in different parts of the hat as needed.  Too much glue can weigh down the hat and make it more stiff. Tulle can be found at any craft store.  Personally, I try to stay away from “glittered” tulle now because it can be really messy!
