I participated in my first Trunk or Treat and did a Peacock theme of course! My main goal with decorating was to keep it simple. I found the plastic table cloth and balloons at Wal-Mart for less than a dollar each and used the traditional pumpkins as vases for Peacock feathers. Peacock patterned fabric was draped inside the car’s hatchback/trunk. My dog, Charley Tina, was even dressed up for the event in her homemade Peacock TuTu. Spray painted cupcake stands (see my tutorial on how to make your own) added height to the display. The Halloween sign is my freehand drawing with acrylic paint on poster board. We were blessed with a sunny day and decent temps. Overall it was a great success and I wouldn’t change a thing.
