A Cinnamon Roll Waffle can be both breakfast and dessert. I have come across a few different pins on Pinterest with this “recipe” and finally tried it. It is very yummy.
Once the waffle iron is pre-heated, I placed one JUMBO cinnamon roll onto it then closed it shut. For the first minute I had to squeeze it shut. It took about 3 minutes to cook. Preheating the waffle iron is the most time-consuming part of this as that takes 5 minutes or more. Do not grease the iron, it should already be non-stick.
The Cinnamon Roll Waffle came right out of the iron. I topped it off with the icing and breakfast was served.
***UPDATE!!! August 2015: I have had my Proctor-Silex waffle iron/baker for over 3 years now and it is still one of the best purchases ever.
