| I wanted to make something cute and unique for my dog Charley to wear in the local St. Patrick’s Day parade. My original plan was to puffy paint “I got Shit Zu faced on St.Pat’s Day,” but the skirt is a lot cuter and brings out the diva in her. |

| The materials used for this project were green tulle (cut into 3″ x 16″ strips), some awesome ribbon and velcro. |

| First I measured the ribbon around Charley and added 2 inches to the length. |

| Taping the ribbon down while I tied slip knots on it made it a lot easier. Also, I didn’t tie knots on the first and last 3 inches of ribbon. |

| Almost finished. I love how the green and pink balls alternate in-between the tulle. |

| I used a hot glue gun to affix the velcro on the opposite ends. Sewing them on would work too, but I took the lazy way out. This is an adorable dog costume, I just hope she keeps it on for longer then 10 minutes. |
