Real estate in our fridge is harder to come by now, but it’s a good thing! Breast milk is taking over a shelf and it’s hard to explain how awesome this is to someone that hasn’t gone through the joys of pumping. This magnetic pen holder (I bought at Dollar Tree) holds the key to my organization.
In the magnetic holder I keep a couple of dry erase markers. With a marker I write the day and time on the baby bottles that I keep fresh breast milk in. I tried writing on the lid, but it was harder to clean off and harder to read. It is important to wipe off the marker before putting the bottle in the wash though! The ink will float in the water and get attached to the bottle brush or stick to the side of the washing basin.
