Do you know how hard it is to take a picture of a white tiled bath area? Super hard. Behind the spot where I keep my shampoo and conditioner was a little moldy/mildew spot. I could have used harsh cleaners over and over again for 2 weeks straight to make it go away or go the easy route and just use a sock and bleach.
Soak a sock (or old towel) in a 1:3 ratio of bleach to water and lay it along the area that has the issue. This took care of my little mold spot in 4 hours. Bigger mold/mildew areas will take longer, but not as long as using an expensive cleaner will take.
Your bathroom and house will smell like bleach while you are doing this, so that is a downside. If the sock or towel becomes dry, just re-soak it in some bleach/water. I have found that the mold and mildew is usually gone before a re-soaking is needed. For really large areas you can try THIS tip.
