This chain is doing more than cluttering up my fridge. It is also my weight loss goal reminder. Every link=1 pound to lose (my goal is 25). I love the jar idea that I have seen on Pinterest, but I just didn’t have a spot to put the jars and I know that I wouldn’t keep up with it. Having this reminder on my fridge, where I see it every time I reach for something, is gonna keep me on track. I purchased the “jewelry” chain at the Dollar Tree. Great deal for a buck!
