Crock Pot Pork BBQ

I love my crock pot! This BBQ Pork recipe is full of flavor and perfect for sandwiches.

Ingredients: Pork Roast, Lawry’s Seasoning, Garlic Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion, Spicy Mustard, BBQ Sauce (I prefer Cookie’s)
Put 1/2 cup chopped onion and 3/4 cup water into the crock pot.
In a bowl mix together 1/4 teaspoon of Lawry’s Seasoning, 1 tablespoon of Garlic Pepper and a dash of Garlic Salt. Rub it all over the Pork Roast. Then rub 2 tablespoons of Spicy Mustard onto the meat. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
After the meat has cooked all day, remove it from the crock pot and drain the liquid. I used a couple of spatulas and carefully placed it on a plate. At this point the meat is super tender and hot, so be careful!
Place the meat back into the crock pot and shred it with a fork. You won’t believe ho easy it is. Also, the meat is really yummy at this point. Stop here if you don’t like BBQ sauce.
Add 1/2 cup -3/4 cup of BBQ Sauce and mix the meat up. i use Cookie’s BBQ Sauce because I love the sweet and smoky flavor, and it never overpowers the meat taste. Cook the meat on the lowest setting for an additional 30 minutes.
You may add more sauce to it or let your guests add more to their taste. A regular sized pork roast will serve approximate 8 sandwiches. It also makes a great leftover.
